Tim Murphy and his team (including Casey Gray) ensured I understood every step of the process in buying a "short-sale" home, which ironically can be one of the most arduous and longest process in home-buying. They answered all questions I had and were able to also lower my interest rates towards the end. I strongly recommend choosing Tim and his team for the home-buying process.

I cannot thank Tim and Casey enough for helping me to achieve my goal of becoming a homeowner. I not only became a homeowner, I purchased my dream home. Tim and Casey were available via email/phone early in the morning and late at night to answer any questions I had. Although not required they also educated me in financial literacy. The ease and use of the Annie Mac App. Plus the use of Docucare service, being able to sign many documents on my tablet/ computer. Your staff was excellent. Alexis did a wonderful job keep us informed of issues when documents were missing online.

I liked that Tim came to settlement and did give a personal touch from time to time.
I wish that someone had told the buyer to wire funds before settlement and gave wire instructions etc. I did not as I thought you folks did.

Tim and his team are amazing all around. Their knowledge and experience with everything involving the market and buying a house made the process a lot easier and less stressful. Anytime I had a question about anything all I had to do was call or email and someone always was there to answer.
