There are so many horror stories out there from so many people regarding their experiences in purchasing a home. Purchasing a home can be a very intimidating process. From start to finish working with Mr. Murphy and his team made my home buying purchase smooth and easy. I purchased during the holidays and still, their level of communication was commendable. I never felt like I was being ignored or that I was "just another client." There was one point where the process hit a snag and Mr. Murphy worked on a Sunday to get my issue resolved. This team knows what they are doing and what they need from you for the process to be successful which, for a first time home buyer, is exactly what I needed. Them helping me to become a home owner has changed my life and the life of my children.
